OUR STORY

MEET RACHEL

MORE THAN JUST EVENT DECORATION

Party Organising Professionals was created from a love of transforming spaces and making life's biggest moments feel truly special.
Since launching POP in 2016, we've created everything from intimate birthday celebrations and children's parties to weddings, corporate events and large-scale productions.
Over the years, our work has taken us into some incredible venues and events, including projects with ITV, the NTAs and Pride of Britain, alongside celebrations at prestigious hotels, restaurants and private venues.
But whether we're creating a high-profile event or a child's first birthday, our approach remains exactly the same:
Every celebration deserves to feel special.

THE PASSION BEHIND THE PARTIES

Hi, I'm Rachel, founder of Party Organising Professionals.
I started POP because I've always loved the detail behind a beautiful event — how all the individual elements come together to create an experience people remember.
My background spans event production, organisation and executive support, so meticulous planning has always been a huge part of what I do. I love taking an idea, a colour palette or the beginning of a concept and turning it into something completely personal.
For me, it's never simply about balloons or a backdrop. It's about looking at the whole space and asking:
How can we make this feel incredible?
That's still the part I love most.

EVENTS WITH HEART

For several years, Rachel also founded and ran Ask Albie Charity, creating special experiences and granting wishes for children facing life-threatening illnesses. That experience reinforced something that has always been at the heart of POP — celebrations aren't really about decorations. They're about creating moments people remember.

FROM AN IDEA TO AN EXPERIENCE

BESPOKE DESIGN No two celebrations need to look the same. We work with your colours, theme, venue and ideas to create something that feels completely personal.

BEAUTIFULLY STYLED From statement backdrops and balloons to tablescapes, florals and finishing touches, every element is considered as part of the overall design.

PERSONALLY MANAGED From your first enquiry through to installation and collection, we take care of the details so you can concentrate on enjoying your celebration.

EVENTS BIG & SMALL

From children's birthdays and milestone celebrations to weddings, corporate events and complete venue transformations, our service can be tailored around exactly what you need.
You might come to us for one statement backdrop, hire individual pieces from our collection, or ask us to style your entire celebration.
Whatever the scale, you'll receive the same creativity, care and attention to detail.
