WHAT DOES THE DELIVERY CHARGE COVER?
Depending on your booking, your quotation may include:
INSTALLATION, DECORATION & STYLING
Some of our products require professional installation and cannot be supplied on a simple drop-off basis. Your quotation will clearly show where installation, styling or additional labour is included. More elaborate installations, complete venue transformations and bespoke event styling are priced according to the requirements of the event.
CENTRAL LONDON EVENTS
Central London events require additional logistical planning.
Charges may take account of:
PARKING & LOADING
The Client is responsible for informing us about parking and loading arrangements at the venue. Where possible, please arrange a suitable loading space close to the installation area. Any parking, valet, loading, permit or venue access charges that are not included within your quotation may be added to the final amount.
ACCESS REQUIREMENTS
Please tell us before booking if your venue has:
DELIVERY & INSTALLATION TIMES
We will arrange an agreed delivery or installation window with you before your event. Some venues operate strict supplier access times, so please provide your venue's requirements as early as possible. Where a venue requires an exact timed delivery rather than an agreed delivery window, an additional charge may apply. Please do not provide an estimated access time unless this has been confirmed with your venue. Our delivery schedule is planned around the access time agreed with you.
COLLECTION
Collection arrangements will be confirmed before your event. Standard collection times depend upon the venue, location and equipment hired. Late-night collectionCollections required late at night or during unsociable hours may incur an additional charge.
Next-day collection where agreed, equipment may be collected the following day. The equipment must remain in a secure, dry and locked location until we return. The Client remains responsible for taking reasonable care of the equipment during the agreed hire period.
WAITING TIME & FAILURE TO PROVIDE ACCESS
Please ensure that the venue is ready and that we have full access at the agreed delivery, installation or collection time. Where our team is unable to unload, install or collect because the Client, venue or event space is not ready, access has not been provided, or agreed loading arrangements are unavailable, additional waiting-time charges may apply. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate delays. However, our team may have other confirmed events and installations scheduled on the same day. If a delay means that continuing to wait would cause us to be late for another confirmed booking, we reserve the right to leave the venue and continue to our next booking. Where reasonably possible, we will attempt to arrange a return visit. Any return visit will be subject to availability and may incur an additional delivery, travel and/or staffing charge. If we are unable to return and provide the booked services because the Client or venue failed to provide access at the agreed time, the booking may be treated as unable to proceed due to circumstances within the Client's control. In these circumstances, no automatic refund will be due for services, labour, travel, materials or other costs that have already been reasonably incurred or committed. Any refund entitlement will be determined in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and applicable consumer law.
DIFFICULT OR UNDISCLOSED ACCESS
Where access is substantially different from the information provided when booking, we may need to charge for additional staff, time or equipment. If we cannot safely transport or install the equipment because important access restrictions were not disclosed, installation may not be possible. Please send photographs or videos of unusual venue access in advance if you're unsure.
VENUE REQUIREMENTS
Some venues require suppliers to provide documentation such as Public Liability Insurance or risk assessments. We are happy to provide relevant documentation where applicable. Please request venue paperwork in advance of your event, rather than on the day.
